I stopped by Coopers this morning 31 Jul 15 and the receptionist was exactly what everyone else said, pleasant, warm and kind. Even though they couldn't service my equipment she pointed me to others that could. What a wonderful experience I had there today.
Never done any business here but they did just quote me $7600 for the basic wright 36" stander which is $6510 in Rose Hill. Ouch!
Barbara Bigham went above and beyond what most people would do to help me get a sthil blower like I wanted she is so nice and friendly and they got my blower ready before I could even get my wallet out. I will be back if i ever need service or parts.or maybe just to say hello..
I knew all summer I needed to get my 16 year old Craftsman chainsaw in for a tune-up. It was running worse and worse until finally it wouldn't even start. When word of Hurricane Irene came it was time. I got it there at 5:00 Monday night, Coopers was just closing. They called me before lunch on Wednesday to say it was ready for pickup. When I got it home it started on the first pull. I had a huge oak tree come down across the front yard during Irene. I called up there two times and was told both times I could carry my mower up and they could have it repaired in a week. So I did just that, upon arriving I found nobody helpful the guy in the back acted like he was lost, and then they told me they could'nt work on my year old Cub Cadet. If your not a life long customer dont waste your time, I have heard they do great work though, but for the customer service they need some help.
