This was my first time having Cooper's Automotive work on my car. I took my car in for an oil change and to check the air conditioning. Was able to get an appointment quickly. They rocked the social distancing and cleanliness needs!! Did not recommend any extras as some chains do. Friendly and efficient!
They are always honest !!! And do a great job . Jessica and Eric are amazing
I trust Cooper's Automotive for all my vehicle's needs. Eric and Dennis always take good care of me whenever I bring my vehicle to them. They are knowledgeable in the problems they face in determining and solving the chassis issues I have come to them with. They use my time and dollars wisely and are informative in how they will resolve the issue at hand.
I trust them, and everyone that I've met, either in the waiting area or elsewhere, do to! I recommend them to everyone that needs an honest shop for automotive care.
Use them to check my car out before I bought it. They were great.
Reasonable cost, friendly, helpful people.
Great service, accommodating, reasonable cost.
Cooper's has always taken great care of my car. They are very professional, skilled and honest, and also friendly and good communicators. Rather than trying to talk me into work I may not need, they often tell me I don't yet need something I've asked for, or offer me a cheaper option. In fact, Jessica, whom you often see at the front counter, is a certified a... read more
Coopers Automotive tried to rip me off $1,300.00. I brought my 2000 Ford Explorer with a radiator leak, they proceeded to tell me I needed a new radiator $721.00 AND thermostat, and the whole housing piece that they said cost over $540.00, and a Oil Change for $50.00. After speaking with other people that said that was ridiculous! I am a woman so they could tell me anything and I would believe them. I do not have $1,300, so I thought I would just have to junk my car, it is the only car I have, so this would have put me in a ... read more
Business response:
Catherine, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. We looked at your vehicle 1 year ago. We can only go by notes, as we don't remember things for 1 year. The vehicle had 180,000 miles. we recommended the radiator as it was leaking, and hoses as they were old. we recommended thermostat only if you overheated vehicle while coolant was leaking! We recommended the oil change as it was way overdue and oil was black and low.
