Very disappointed with their customer service. During a routine oil change they messed up the air filter system in my vehicle. When I called to discuss the issues they blew my concerns off. The guy at the front desk incredibly rude and in denial of my concerns. I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic to fix the problem. Very bad experience. I will never take my vehicle to them again.
