We had a wonderful experience replacing our roof with Cooper Roofing. They made, what was a big deal to me, easy and painless. The roof looks fantastic and installation went really well.
Cooper Roofing just redid the roof's for our entire row of apartments. They leaked through our ceiling one day & our neighbors ceiling a week later & in the hallway. The fire department even came one day, it was a whole ordeal. I suspect they leaked through every building they did. The roofers only come on rainy days, & leave the roof exposed to the rain, thus all the leaks. We jut replaced our roof with Cooper. We built a plan to address our specific issues and Matt and the crew did a great job. NO bs, on schedule and the new roof looks great.
I highly recommend these guys. They were incredibly affordable. They fit us into their schedule almost immediately and finished our roof in a single day. They had great communication and provided us with several before/after pictures of our roof. They left the job site clean and even swept up after. The best part is that our roof no longer leaks!!!! Thanks again for the great work!!!!
