Former tenant of 4 years, recently moved due to work. Overall pleasant experience, maintenance staff are great and assist in timely manner. Leasing office and management are great as well. Move in process was smooth. Safe place/ area to stay at.
I’m writing this review out of frustration and concern for residents’ safety. In the last 10 months, my car has been targeted twice in this apartment’s parking lot. The first time, someone broke into my car. Most recently, all four tires and rims were stolen overnight while my car was parked in the lot, leaving it sitting on plastic blocks. I've lived here for over 15 years & I call it the best kept secret in South Jersey, The Staff is friendly, Coleen our leasing agent is wonderful along with being very helpful. Lisa in the finance department has always been great to me. Tom ,Jeff & Bob the doorman are always on point and never afraid to hold a quick conversation with you. The Porters and Maintenance men are professional & courteous some have been here before me. Come be my neighbor.
Definition of a slumlord. I literally had literal human shit coming up from my toilet and I complained for a week and a half and NOTHING was done until I got an email offering me a $50 credit towards my next months rent! My dog licked up the sewage and was in the ER, I had to throw out just about everything in the bathroom, spend hundreds on disinfectant, cleaners, etc.. and they gave me $50 as a credit on my account.
