Chester, Dave and Frank really keep this place together!
The best apartment I have stayed at. Excellent location, excellent maintenance, and just perfect. My husband and I loved it so much. We were very sad when we left, will always remember this beautiful apartment, the people, the location, and their service. 10/10!
I moved in last November and my experience was flawless. Coleen in leasing is exceptional at going above and beyond literally 24/7. Any time day or night, and on several occasions after hours she has made herself accessible. She is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating on a moments notice. I have had the pleasure of residing at Cooper River Plaza for the past three years, and my experience has been truly delightful. The community is welcoming, and the residents are kind and respectful. The management team includes some outstanding staff members—particularly Coleen and Carolyn—who consistently went above and beyond to assist me.
