Lived here for 10 years in two different units in the East building, and have had a wonderful experience. The office is helpful, and the maintenance, porters, and doormen are all very friendly and helpful. Our maintenance requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The neighbors are quiet, and we never heard peep through walls, floors, or ceilings. I lived there for 21yrs, from 1993 to 2012 and enjoyed living there. Moved to Richmond Va. I miss living there, im in Richmond Va.
My father has been here about 5 months and is still waiting on his light bulbs to be changed after placing 3 service requests. This is highly unprofessional and unwelcoming. He’s pays too much money for simple work orders not to be fulfilled. Don’t move here, maintenance sucks ass
My son's and I have been here just shy of 6 months. We Love living here! Collen is awesome, doormen Bob and Tom are awesome! Maintenance request get fixed in a timely manner and all the Maintenance guys and Porter's are awesome!! The grounds are lovely and kept up. There is a beautiful park across the street. The views of Philadelphia and Cooper River are breathtaking.
I’ve lived at cooper for 10 years (since 2014) in 4 different units (I like to move lol). I’ve had great experiences in every single one of my units. Colleen has been great and made my process smooth every time. I see a lot of people calling her rude in these comments but she’s just blunt!! She helps me out as best as she can whenever I need it.
