I have had the pleasure of residing at Cooper River Plaza for the past three years, and my experience has been truly delightful. The community is welcoming, and the residents are kind and respectful. The management team includes some outstanding staff members—particularly Coleen and Carolyn—who consistently went above and beyond to assist me. Lived here for 10 years in two different units in the East building, and have had a wonderful experience. The office is helpful, and the maintenance, porters, and doormen are all very friendly and helpful. Our maintenance requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The neighbors are quiet, and we never heard peep through walls, floors, or ceilings. I lived there for 21yrs, from 1993 to 2012 and enjoyed living there. Moved to Richmond Va. I miss living there, im in Richmond Va.
My father has been here about 5 months and is still waiting on his light bulbs to be changed after placing 3 service requests. This is highly unprofessional and unwelcoming. He’s pays too much money for simple work orders not to be fulfilled. Don’t move here, maintenance sucks ass
