I highly recommend Cooper River Plaza to anyone seeking housing. The leasing department specifically, Coleen Fahr, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the application, move-in/move-out process seamless! She goes above and beyond for her tenants!!! The complex is super clean, maintenance is on top of any and all repairs. You never see trash inside or outside of the complex and the landscaping is impeccable. Rent is affordable and utilities are included. You can't go wrong renting at Cooper River Plaza!

I would not recommend living here based on my experience\. There have been roaches in the building, people regularly smoke in the hallways, and maintenance has been extremely frustrating\. I have maintenance requests that have been waiting for around two months and the repairs still have not been completed\. Residents should not have to repeatedly wait this long for basic issues in their apartment to be addressed\. We've been living here for about two weeks, and so far our experience has been amazing! First of all, a huge thank you to the leasing manager, Mrs. Coleen. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every question we had was answered promptly, and she made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Former tenant of 4 years, recently moved due to work. Overall pleasant experience, maintenance staff are great and assist in timely manner. Leasing office and management are great as well. Move in process was smooth. Safe place/ area to stay at.

I’m writing this review out of frustration and concern for residents’ safety. In the last 10 months, my car has been targeted twice in this apartment’s parking lot. The first time, someone broke into my car. Most recently, all four tires and rims were stolen overnight while my car was parked in the lot, leaving it sitting on plastic blocks.
