Not the same service since being bought by SpokeWorks. Carried the back end of my son’s E-bike for a mile to be told we are phasing out E-bike service and we have no room to work on it. Even though they repaired a flat on the same tire a couple weeks prior. We’ve been a customer since they opened, bought multiple bikes and have had numerous repairs over the years. Will not return. Imagine being located on Daniel Island and not servicing E-bikes. Talk about not reading the room.
Came to this location and then headed to their Summerville location to get pro fit to our new bikes. Great experience! They’re a Specialized dealer. Everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Highly recommend!!
Friendly service, they put on some fun road and mtb group rides and they sell the best bikes... Specialized, what else is there to say?
I took my bicycle in for a quick spoke repair and a tuneup. They gave me what they call a FOXY tuneup, and my mt bike is riding like it was the day that I bought it brand new! It hits on every single gear, and I am able to get aggressive going up hills once again, shifting dynamically and with instant response! Thanks to Noah, he is an amazing mechanic.
Its not very often that you get a quick response after leaving an after hours voicemail, but the folks at Cooper River Cycles got in touch with me the next morning they were in the shop. 1 week to the day and my order was at my doorstep! 11/10 would recommend to anyone in the area or looking to reach out if you're in the SE region or nearby. Thanks to the Coop Crew for the quick responses and clear communication to help out a cold Midwesterner.
