I came in late due to a mix up of directions and was very upset when I arrived..HOWEVER THAT DID NOT LAST LONG.FROM THE VERY MINUTE I WALKED IN.YOU ARE MET WITH SMILING FACES THE COURTESY WAS UNMATCHED. THE PATIENT SKILLS WERE IMPECCABLE. THEN I SEEN THE CARDIOLOGIST WHOM HAS BEEN A DOCTOR FOR A LONG TIME, I LITERALLY CRIED BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING PATIENT SKILLS FROM THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT TO THE FRONT DESK TO THE DOCTORS. Every time I go there for a procedure, everyone from the anesthesiologists to Dr. Sabia himself make the process so easy & comfortable. They put me at ease & make me feel like they care about me as a person & that it is a pleasant experience for me as a whole.
