I agree I’m going through the same exact thing. I was better off going somewhere else but next time I know. I am very annoyed with radiology department at Voorhees. I also usually have excellent service. The customer service when calling in is horrible and was promised a 24-48 hr turnaround which is NOT the case. I was also advised twice they were sending that department an email got one call escalated to an office Manger who he wasn’t much help either.
Terrible customer service, lack of communication. Had a scheduled appointment due to pain, stated I could wait outside and someone would get me, over 45 minutes pass and had to inquire, check in clerk initials (GM) was dismissive and completely repeated the wrong information. GM refused to check on status, stating we are walk-in only. This was incorrect information as Cooper "scheduled" me due to limited movement and pain. Which she had on record. I had a bad experience at Cooper okay we're supposed to give me a robotic surgery
I was very upset with the radiology department at Voorhees. I usually have excellent service. The people that work there are amazing however I'm waiting forever to get a result back which on a daily basis, I would get it back within the day and it's been days and I still have not got my results back very upset with them
Got my mammogram there they are very patient and helpful to handicap people and I had a seizure there when the fire alarms went off and they handled it with out a problem no fuss no problem they were very professional and comforting to me and help me recover and get my mammogram after the incident and even made arrangements for my transportation to.pick me up early I really appreciate them and their help to get my mammogram done and it was negative to since I had ovarian cancer surgery to remove my ovarian cancer
