*** follow up to my 1 star review *** After reaching out to the email Rosaria responded and forwarded my issue to patient relations. With in minutes Dave Owen’s reached out to me about my frustration. He promised that he would have the radiology manager reach out to me in the am. I was contacted yesterday in the am and had my follow up yesterday afternoon. Dave and Rosaria definitely treated me like my concerns mattered and were sincere in their effort to help.
