I went with my adult son to his appointment with Dr. Wilcott. Dr. Wilcott was very nice, informative and easy to talk to. That's the positive. It all went downhill after that. Dr. Wilcott mistakenly prescribed an in office study instead of at home study(honest mistake, it happens), but this caused a long delay in the process. My son waited 2 months for his study materials to be delivered. He took the study the next night and it took another month to get his results back. The pediatric pulmonologist office sucks horrible attitudes communication lacks . Been playing phone tag with them for about a month now. I'm over it. Mind you these are results I need for AN INFANT CHILD !!!! The staff has attitudes then the wrong Dr called me back. This is completely unacceptable entire office should be ashamed of themselves !
Not feeling my doctor cares. Would not recommend this office
