These doctors and this office SUCKS. They refuse to refill vital prescriptions until you have an appointment, yet the doctors have “no availability” for months. They ignore messages through their portal. Their front desk guy “Michael” had a power complex and pretends to have medical knowledge when he doesn’t. Rather than saying “I don’t know, but I will find out,” he tries to make up some BS. When you do manage to get an appointment, you often have to wait over an hour anyway. They suck. RecommendedMy toddler had her first medical emergency tonight. The staff was amazing with her. We had very little wait time. And we left with a splint that she is very happy with 🙂
Great care, attentive staff! No issues from start to finish. Dr Shaikh and his team put me at ease. Very grateful for their knowledge and expertise. Nurse Cecilia, all the staff in the Cardiac Lab were fantastic. I've had great care with all of my Cooper Drs.

Very impressed with the vaccination center. From the time I parked, I was vaccinated in under 5 minutes! Music, volunteers in costumes disinfecting chairs, doctors and experts on site, attentive nurses, plus a selfie station! Upbeat and welcoming, great experience

Cooper nurses never tell the true n lied a lot .
More than impressed with the staff and care I had for an outpatient procedure.....my nurse, Theanna at P-2 and everyone else were outstanding! Thank you all 👍

My dad was discharged when he needed his wound changed twice a day and he lives by himself and nursing/home care at home doesn't start for 5 days after discharge which makes no sense at all. I live 3 hours away and with covid its impossible to go get him. He is on his way back. Dr Patel and social worker Norell discharged him. this is senior abuse during a pandemic. he is diabetic and battling covid disorientation
