My original appointment was scheduled in Runnemede, but when I arrived, they informed me that it had been switched to the Blackwood location. I was assured by the staff at Blackwood that they would be informed of my delay and that I would still be seen upon arrival. However, that was not the case. Dr Clowers was the man and Ill always miss him but Dr Wall has been a great doctor since he took over for him and im happy he is my doctor, also Becky is a great LPN and makes me feel like im family here. Thanks everyone
I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Wall this afternoon and left the visit feeling completely demoralized and frustrated. This is not the first time feeling like this after appointments with him. I have had very positive experiences with many Cooper doctors, so I have been giving Dr. Wall the benefit of the doubt for over a year hoping my experiences with him would improve.
