In this time of companies promising they will provide excellent customer service, 9 out of 10 times they do not. Mike from Cooper Pools was the exception. We resurfaced and installed new tiles. He was here every step in the process and was on top of any minor delays or challenges. Plus he responded to every text or call within minutes. His patience, professionalism and follow through was a shining example of great service. You can’t find a better pull company. Call them and you will be glad you did.
Made an appointment 9-11am, no one showed up or called. Finally called into the office and they said they have me scheduled for 4:30pm? Didn’t bother letting me know meanwhile I’m sitting around wasting my time. 4:30pm comes around and no one shows up or calls again.
My pool pump was super loud. Mike came out and replaced the pump. Now we can enjoy our pool and backyard again. Thanks, Mike, for the detailed installation.
I run a 55+ community and I’ve been thru several pool companies. Cooper Pools is by far the best!! Shawn and Theresa have work diligently to get me back up and running correctly and Shawn has gone out of his way to teach me new things.
