My 2004 Lincoln Navigator would not start. Two different mechanics told me the motor had locked up and I needed a new one. I towed my vehicle here on the recommendation of a friend. Within two hours they diagnosed the problem as a seized pulley on my AC Compressor. They replaced the compressor and it ran perfectly. Another reviewer said they have jack leg mechanics but their mechanics are ASE Certified
Horrible, horrible, horrible. My oil change took forever (hour and 15 mins). Then a month later I noticed oil all over my driveway and garage and realized I had a massive oil leak. I had to have my car towed to the dealership and they sent me pictures of the wrong size oil filter that had been crammed into my engine to the point that it had creases in it. NEVER USE THIS SHOP!!! I took my car to this shop in order to have the AC fixed. First they advised me that it just needed charging. They did that and still no AC. Then they said I needed a ac condensor fan. Paid to have ac condensor fan installed, which they just jammed the fan in and didn't install correctly. And still NO AC. Then they told me I needed a ac pressure switch. I advised them that I will cut my losses and pay for the fan, but nothing else.
