I would love to give them more than 1 star but my mother and I both had our doctors office send over our information about 2 weeks ago. We have called several times to make an appointment to start PT Andrew have yet to get a call back. Waiting two weeks just to make an appointment for PT is crazy and ashame. This would have been a perfect location for us but we'll have to look else where because by the time they call us they'll probably need everything faxed over again.
Every time I call them to schedule appointment for my mother's physical therapy it goes to voicemail and no one return the call, it had been over 3 weeks same issue. No one to help resolve the issue.
Staff great, clean and safe area, plenty of parking, and easy to get to.
The front desk staff is so professional and helpful, the therapists have been great!! My daughter has been receiving PT for many years and this has been one of our best experiences from the scheduling to her care .
