Exceptional service, from the receptionist Diane to Dr. Allyson. I took my 5-year-old daughter in for an appointment, and they were very attentive, answering every question. Thank you—I highly recommend this place!

Horrible made an appt in June for my 3 year old with reoccurring ear infections appt was set for Oct. Oct comes they changed her appt without my knowledge to December that would be 6 months waiting to be seen. The staff is rude and ignorant. Thankfully my husband called a different Dr today and my baby will be seen in 4 days. This cooper facility should close its doors if they don't want take care of people. Worst experience I have ever had with a dr office
