The phlebotomists have been great. Mid morning has been the best time for me to be seen. I have lab work scheduled at least 4x a year and go here regularly.
My husband was treated horribly from a technician. Manager needs to take care of the problem!
Absolutely horrible experience from receptionists in the lab to phlebotomists. Front staff were complaining about their job at the lab sign in area. The phlebotomist, Adeiya Williams, was extremely rude and unprofessional speaking to me in a condescending tone. She did not know how to use the EKG machine. She had to ask another colleague for assistance. She was also very rough when drawing my blood. Grabbing my arm and turning it aggressively. It made me feel like I was a victim of elderly abuse.
