Would not recommend. Thought that as a new patient I’d be informed of what was happening, but nope. Surprise charges and fees when the bill came. Thought there was a no surprise act? I feel taken advantage of since I had absolutely no choice in the matter.

Cooper Canceled the appointment for a child, no phone call to reschedule. Then they say come 3 months after your appointment date. Not a good practice if you have a child that needs to be seen.

The way my child was treated, I would not recommend for adults. The worst. Doctors nor the a Physician's assistant will speak to you over the phone but yet put an unrelated and someone unfamiliar will speak to you when they are not qualified to explain test results. I'm in the process of having my insurance take back payments made for fraud. My son was neglected and my insurance is good.
