The worst, most unprofessional orthodontist office I have ever been to. My son started his treatment in March of 2018. We paid a 700.00 deposit and began monthly payments. As a retired/disabled combat army veteran, I receive dental insurance. Because the military changed insurance companies before they filed a claim but after treatment started, the orthodontist office said that my insurance didn't cover already started work.
