I need my wisdom tooth removed and I’ve been calling for months and leaving messages and NO response! Very unprofessional. Thankful I found someone that’s cares and will remove it
Would not recommend. I was just seen today by DR Chou. I have 4 broken teeth and in pain from a fall. She wouldn’t fit me in until the end of February. I repeated February very upset and she under her breath tells me I can somewhere else as she closed the door walking out. Very unprofessional. They are very condescending and do not care about you!!! Go somewhere else. Do not waste your time.
I do NOT recommend. Yes the staff was amazing but in no way did I see a dentist named Brian Smith and in no way did I receive antibiotics when calling about a dry socket. I was lied to about a prescription for the antibiotics that were needed. I would rather have my hysterectomy again then go here for an extraction.
Terrible experience. They don't care how you feel. Dont care whats wrong. Dont take accountability. Never call you back even after stating in multiple voicemails over the course of 3 days its an emergency. All in all will give you attitude and leave you in severe pain and won't care to help. 0/10.
I am a representative for persons who are IDD. The staff and doctors were top notch with understanding the needs of my individual. They were kind, courteous, very supportive and patient with every part of the visit from the X-ray to the explanation of the process going forward. Top 10, I highly recommend!!
