Horrible….thats really all I can say from the way the high risk doctor treats you to the wait times…I made an appointment for 9am I was called to the back within a few minutes to get weighed and then sat in a room for 2 in half hours..I’m not exaggerating, the whole time you see nurses on there cell phones and you can hear all there conversations about patients and let me tell you they are not nice…especially the doctor I don’t know her name but she is short blonde older and you can hear her saying she won’t see patients jus... read more
Absolutely horrible care ! From the staff to the attending physician
The worst care.
I've been a patient here for years and every time I come, there's an issue. They don't answer the phone and when they do they either disconnect the call or are rude to you. I've sat in the waiting area for over an hour because they never checked me in and my provider left. I've had problems with medication being filled and was told to wait weeks for urgent appointments due to their error. It is extremely disappointing because this is the closest location to me but ill be seeking care elsewhere in the future. Avoid this offic... read more
