I was never told that my grandmother's appointment was canceled. So my husband took off the whole day from work to take her to the appointment only to find out it was canceled after her last appointment. I specifically called the day after her other appointment to be sure she still needed to go to today's appointment and was told that she still needed to go to this appointment! They are very inconsiderate. First, you are on hold for at least 20 minutes before getting anyone and then up to 1hr and 6 minutes. And during any of these times they have picked up and hung up the phone. Then their back office communication between Dr and office staff. It took three months to get the script for a test correct. There is much more, but I have no more patience for them! Pun intended
