If you value honest, integrity, professionalism, your money, or your time — do not take your vehicle to this dealership’s service department. Avoid the Service Department at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would — specifically for the service department at Cooper Chevrolet in Walterboro, SC. While traveling on vacation we experienced a break down on the road. This left a family, including our pets stranded, stressed and vulnerable. Excellent car buying experience! I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my life and I must say this transaction has been by far the least painful. I worked with Cooper and he was very easy to work with. Actually everyone from sales to finance manager were very friendly and straight forward, no back and forth. Great place to purchase a vehicle. They’ll treat you right!
