They have always taken great care of my wife and I’
My personal care with Dr. Dehaan is wonderful. She is caring and attentive. However, My Mother In Law has Dementia and is also a patient. Her new (there has been some turnover) nurse practitioner seems kind as well. My issues are with the staff. Not everyone, but overall the "care" portion is left out of "Healthcare". It's more like ...Eh. I'll take a message. I won't go into all the details, but after the most recent negative experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone make this their primary care office. A very friendly and helpful staff. You feel welcome and comfortable. No prolong waiting. Your appointment is yours. Waiting for the doctor to see you in the room has never been a long wait. Very punctual with there patient's appointments.
