I used Cooper to install a new HVAC in my home. The workers arrived on time, their employees were very courteous and did everything possible not to make a mess. The system is working as advertised. Very satisfied with the installation and performance.
This company has surpassed my expectations. I had them install a new Bosch furnace almost 2 yrs ago.. The installation was on time & my utilitiy bill has gone down. Recently, I returned home from the hospital recuperating from Covid 19. I requested them to install a IWave-R air purification system to the Bosch furnace. Rob is very knowledgeable and walks you through the entire process. Which is why I was surprised that our phone quote differed of that from the actual contract (through email) which was $2000 more!! When confronted, Rob was kind enough to tell us that he mumbles (again a surprise to me, because as everyone mentioned, including ourselves, he was clear and walk you through the process and explained in great detail what needed to be done).
