Came in for a second quote, was blown away by the choice of different glasses, settled on a unique looking (what i call the 'Tony Stark' look) designer pair...with all the options, bifocal, transition, anti glare. Anyway, the pricing was red hot, fast forward a week, collected glasses and vision field was atrocious, should mention my eyes were tested elsewhere. I have been looked after by Cooper & Lourie EAST VIC PARK for many years and from my experience, they never fail to be of service. Today, February 24, I attended this Optometrist and all of the kind, professional staff present, did everything in their might to help me when I told them that I'd lost my glasses. Natasha also went out of her way to go above and beyond to speed up the process so that I could get hold of a new pair ASAP. My family and I have been going to Cooper & Lourie for years, I got my first pair of glasses with them around 14 years ago and now still get my contact lenses through them. The team are so knowledgeable, friendly, warm and reliable. It is always a pleasant experience visiting and we are very grateful for their service over the years!
