Came in for a second quote, was blown away by the choice of different glasses, settled on a unique looking (what i call the 'Tony Stark' look) designer pair...with all the options, bifocal, transition, anti glare. Anyway, the pricing was red hot, fast forward a week, collected glasses and vision field was atrocious, should mention my eyes were tested elsewhere. I have been looked after by Cooper & Lourie EAST VIC PARK for many years and from my experience, they never fail to be of service. Today, February 24, I attended this Optometrist and all of the kind, professional staff present, did everything in their might to help me when I told them that I'd lost my glasses. Natasha also went out of her way to go above and beyond to speed up the process so that I could get hold of a new pair ASAP.
