I needed a lense, in my glasses, refitting after knocking it out. Did it straight away. Perfect!
Beautiful team who were personable and really kind to take a look at my glasses and correct them for me. Take their time with each customer and just a really nice family feel where service is personalised. Really appreciated their time! Highly recommend!
Went straight here when my child poked himself in the eye. Xenia the optometrist saw him, was sooo patient with him during the examination and drops, and helped speed track him into ophthalmology at PCH so we could bypass triage. She even called and followed up to find out how he was the next week! Amazing incredible service, from their good work we managed to get from the accident to emergency surgery for a lacerated cornea in just 4hrs. Couldn’t have done it without them!
Over almost twenty five years of top professional care and caring for me as a patient, 5 stars.
I was very impressed with Xenia squeezing me in between patients after cutting my eye in the garden. Was very warm, efficient and very happy with her service.
