Really appreciate the calm, friendly staff - got my 6 year old in at short notice for an examination. He was quite nervous and in a little pain, but the lovely optometrist put him at ease. Thank you!

Incredibly warm and welcoming customer service, Dr Lauren has been a huge help.
Xenia was very thorough and took her time and explained medical terms in simple English. I Felt she was very honest and sincere. No hard selling here. Also I happen to witness a complaint from another patient and it was dealt so well by the team and I did feel shop nor staff was at fault.
Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Could not recommend highly enough.
