Being the non-planner that I am, I always show up unannounced and needing a safety inspection. Every time I show up, they find a way to slide me in and get me out in a very reasonable time. Coming from Northern VA where you need to take a lunch when you need an inspection, Cooper & Lee are like going to inspection heaven! Thanks guys for Delightful Customer Experience!
I was traveling home to Michigan when my vehicle started rapidly losing coolant. We stopped by Cooper and Lee's Auto Repair to see about getting help in order to make it home. Unfortunately they were not able to fit us in their schedule, HOWEVER they did take a look at the truck and were able to identify the problem for me. They identified it as a broken water pump. Had a flat. They got me in and out within 15 minutes. Couldn't expect a better experience.
The owner got me in right away to change my tire. I had both of my young children with me, and they had the work done within 20 minutes. Awesome service. Great prices. I will be returning! Thank y’all!
Had a screw embedded into one of my tires and got me in and out in less than an hour. Excellent service!
