Called early Monday morning, still waiting for a call back and it is Tuesday morning. Finally went to Urgent Care. I thought the idea was to try to stay out of urgent and emergency like settings and see the family doctor first! Apparently, not with this medical group! The my chart system does not allow you to make a "sick" appointment. You have to go through the whole process of the "call center". Not ideal!

For the last several months I've been having a very difficult time with my health and I feel like I'm being dismissed here. Any referrals they have made had been bc I've had to fight for it. Otherwise, they seem to be perfectly fine with the fact that I'm suffering. Been begging all day to get my prescription filled that im currently going through withdrawal for. Just keep being told "if I see the dr ill tell him" no. Not good enough. I will be switching practices to someone who actually cares about a sobbing person on the phone.
