Called early Monday morning, still waiting for a call back and it is Tuesday morning. Finally went to Urgent Care. I thought the idea was to try to stay out of urgent and emergency like settings and see the family doctor first! Apparently, not with this medical group! The my chart system does not allow you to make a "sick" appointment. You have to go through the whole process of the "call center". Not ideal!
