The ladies at the front desk are great and really sweet. Dr. Richmond is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. It's close to my home which is great. I would recommend this office to friends and family.
Bad service showed up on time and door was locked . Called and nobody answered. Dr Marshall Lauer next door witnessed me arrive on time. Doctors here do not care about their patients. Had appointments changed three times due to doctors failing to show up.
Three hour wait for a call back to say “go get a covid test” before you can have an appointment. Unacceptable. In that time frame I could have gone to an Urgent Care to take care of my ear infection.
