I was very disappointed with my experience. Before my appointment, the office already knew that I had two insurance plans. My secondary insurance, Cigna, provides coverage for infertility treatment and is in-network. During my visit, I explained this to Dr. Chong. However, he told me that insurance would “normally reject the claim” and refused to process my Cigna insurance for my fertility treatment. Dr. Chuong and his team were amazing throughout my IVF journey. He is very responsible and really cares about his patients. He even arranged blood work for me on weekends just to monitor my follicles. The clinic also tries to help patients save money. They helped me find the most affordable options for stimulation medications and embryo testing instead of pushing expensive ones. The nurses are all very kind and supportive.
