Be careful if you need to transfer your tissue to another clinic. We had to take time off from work to physically be at the office to make them coordinate the transfer in person because they refused to respond to any email or phone communications for over 3 months. His office didn't clearly communicate what was needed for transferring and even took a "preparing fee", which is not industry standard.
