I'm writing to cancel and appoinment with Dr. Cooper. I could not get ahold of the office on the phone and i tried three times. Your phone just rang, couldn't even leave a message. Pros: Dr. Cooper takes the time to answer questions. Really great bedside manner. Cons: We waited almost 2 hours to be seen. That's rough with 3 young kids. Whoever I spoke to on the phone to make another appointment was really rude. For that reason, I don't think we'll be going back.
