The elevators are constantly broken. This morning I woke up to both of them broken and I live on the 13th floor.
RecommendedI moved into this building end of August and have been absolutely pleased with my experience. The location is great, staff is kind and accommodating, and the vibe is always fun. I experienced a few maintenance problems in my apartment soon after moving in and the management/maintenance team (shout out to Bill) responded quickly and professionally to get them fixed for me (literally same day). The building is always clean, lively and a great place to live.
Had a really bad experience with Taylor and Brooke, was quoted a different price for an apartment, then price changed once deposit was put in. Refused to honor the quote I had in writing from them.
Wow! What a beautiful building! Everything about it was amazing....the open floor plans, the sleek, modern design and top-of-the-line appliances. The gym has all the best equipment. And the view of the entire city is to die for! Plus, their staff is amazing, especially the manager, Ashley. You won’t find a better apartment anywhere else!
