RecommendedWe had our fence installed by another company back in June and it was not a good experience. On top of that, when Hurricane Sally came through and the majority of our fence was blown away. Cooper Fence to the rescue!They removed what was left of the old fence and did a full replacement. We are very happy with the service and product Cooper Fence provided!
Told me a job would take two days and cost twenty one hundred dollars. they were out of here in two hours. I originally paid about five thousand dollars to Cooper six weeks before hurricane sally for anew fence so it should have been guaranteed to some degree. I dont have much faith in the two hour job.
My fence is crooked where they installed a gate. It was installed September 16, it is now December 5 and they are just getting around to take a look at it. Apparently it can’t be fixed because it is on a slope. Thanks for letting me know that before you built it.
No response to request for an estimate the week of Dec 1. I know everyone is and has been busy but the least someone could do is respond with a courtesy call and let us know timing or if they can handle the job at all. Will amend review if and when we hear back if necessary.
Hurricane Sally came through Tuesday night. As soon as we could see outside Wednesday morning I contacted them to let them know we needed repairs to the fence they just installed last year. It’s now Monday, and contacts we made Wednesday, Thursday and Friday have not been responded to. Obviously their customer service doesn’t exist. We had to have been one of the first people to contact them, and we’ve heard nothing.
We were highly disappointed with customer service. We were told it would be 3-4 weeks for them to come and they finally came at 10 weeks and still have to come back to fix a problem. We were rescheduled 3 different times and when we needed the job supervisor to come look at an issue he didn’t show up at the two different times he told us he would be there (with no apology).
