Jeff created a Living Trust, will and all the other documents necessary to manage my estate. DO NOT HIRE Attorney Cooper. He did an ok job with getting a POA done when my dad was in the hospital. Then I hired him to help with Medicaid planning - HUGE mistake. I paid a retainer (for more than my dad gets in one month's social security) at the very beginning of October.
