Bad customer service. Bad communication. Will not be coming back.
Not safe for him to park there on the road so the obvious thing is block the only sidwalk for the next 2 blocks for pedestrians and make them walk around. God forbid any old people need to get past these guys. If you hire them make sure you point out parking cause they cant figure it out.
