I ordered a voltage regulator for a Kohler generator and was charged $370.84 for overnight shipping on a 2-pound box. The next day, the order had still not shipped, and the company was unable to provide a tracking number despite charging for overnight delivery. After receiving no clear shipping information and no indication that the part had actually been sent, I decided to cancel the order. Very disappointing experience. Very professional men at the counter he knows what I needed ,unfortunately I forgot his name .
We needed a Square D 600 A panel after a breaker overheated and damaged the bus. We needed to stick with I-Line breakers, however according to our local house and Square D, the entire existing stock was already allocated and there was a 70 day backorder for the items. Billows Electric had what we needed and Kevin saved the day for us, shipping it to Chicago from New Jersey. Thank you very much for going over and above to help total strangers. Much appreciated.
