I have scheduled a call for service to be done a month prior. I have communicated that I am under contract for a house to purchase and the repairs that will be done will be from a repair budget in the contract. 3 days out from the close date they have refused to do service even if I put a deposit down for the work they do. Would not recommend.
Super reasonably priced, easy to work with, and all-around great folks. Highly recommended
