Edit: It's been 3 years since I wrote this review I just wanted to state. The doctor I had seen for the procedure was Cristina Capanescu, MD. I went in for an endoscopy after seeing a doctor through cooper for severe issues with dairy and not being lactose intolerant. It felt very rushed. They let me know paying before hand wasnt required. Although Dr. Baik is unfortunately no longer working at Cooper Digestive Health, I still want to post this because he is just that amazing (and so are all the nurses, the anesthesiologists and all the staff at the front desks of the doctor's office and the procedure/testing office across the hall). I was referred to C.D.H. by my GI because he said I needed a GI specialist for a 2nd opinion and to get some tests, procedures and possibly surgeries that my GI was unable to do. A very good staff - administrative, nursing etc., and an excellent physician. Easy to checkin, they send pre-checkin email to fill out all the details and information. Gastroenterologist asked detailed questions, thorough. Excellent set of people and facility.
I had one procedure done and they tried to charge me for two. I got texts about an overdue bill and I’ve been on hold with billing for over 30 minutes now. This is exhausting.
Waited on hold for 30 minutes and when they picked up it was ANOTHER scheduler who said they would transfer me to ANOTHER scheduler. Then waited on hold for another 30 minutes. I got transferred to somewhere where they said it wasn’t a correct number and hung up. I needed to start ALLL OVER AGAIN. Waited on hold for another hour hung up called again to wait even longer.
