I had an awful, nightmarish experience at this place. I had my contact lens exam and received the wrong prescription, which led to a frustrating ordeal. I double-checked with the receptionist after the exam because, all of a sudden, I was told I had astigmatism in my right eye. However, they insisted that the prescription was correct. The male doctor is very friendly and performs thorough check ups. The admins are not so friendly when you go in just for the check ups unless you buy their products. They have cute frames but the eye glasses lenses are poor quality. I wear contact lenses primarily which means I wear glasses only at night and always store in case when traveling. Really reasonable selections of glasses and frames and everyone working there is super nice and helpful. My bf was struggling finding glasses that fit his face properly and he had a ton of options here.

Positive experiences so far
