This was my first visit to Cooper County Hospital and I couldn't be happier. Everyone was friendly and courteous...answered all my questions and made sure my cat was comfortable even while having shots.
I wish I could give this zero stars I barely got to speak to the vet. She ran no tests and used terms like "looks like" and "could be' in regards to my dog's chronic condition Luckily I took him to another vet because she gave me antibiotics for what turned out to be cancer There is a another, competent vet in Boonville. Go there
I used to think they were good until they misdiagnosed my puppy and charged me a fairly sizeable office visit and I ended up taking her to the vet hospital in columbia mo which ended up in surgery and costing me over 6 grand. They may be ok for shots and flea treatment, but they will not be seeing my animals anymore.
They are hospitable and efficient. They take great care of the animals with compassionate treatment.
We had a not so great experience with this vet hospital a few years ago. The incident was with a single employee. However, they have more than redeemed themselves. They’ve been very nice and helpful the past two months with my cats.
