Charged $2,423.74 via credit card then refused to perform service they previously agreed to perform. They claimed to refund the charge but this has not happened after several weeks of follow up

He safely removed an old air conditioning unit for me and recommended a new unit that I purchased and arranged to have him install following delivery of the unit. **************** installed the unit and failed to install a safety bracket and used aluminum tape to address the gapping between the window sill and the bottom of the unit. Please do not be misled by disgruntled customers, the above statement by ****************** is completely untrue and false, we missed an appointment with the above customer due to a high volume summer and that is all, also please believe that if an air conditioner fell five stories from a window Cooper Cooling & Heating **** would be sued immediately!!! we have *************************** along with Workers Compensation and most times if not all the time these documents must be provided, also all claims and lawsuit judgments... read more
