I had such a wonderful experience at Cooper City Family Dentistry! Dr. Martin is exceptional - knowledgeable, gentle, and takes time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Jocelyn, my hygienist, was fantastic. She was thorough yet gentle during my cleaning, and her friendly conversation made me feel completely at ease. I have been a patient of Cooper City Family Dentistry for over 10 years and honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The whole team is so kind, professional, and welcoming. The office is always spotless, and they are incredibly efficient. I’m always seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I always leave feeling well cared for. Terrible service!!!!! Do not go. I went for a cleaning, my insurance sent a 400 dollars bill that they charge for I bunch of things I have not asked for, there is one lady she is Spanish and she does a good job, the others doesn't even look like you had a cleaning. Seems like they make business overcharging for a bunch others stuff annually, because when I said I didn't want to have the annual X-ray it was a commotion in the clinic. I had an incredible experience at Cooper City Family Dentistry! I went in terrified, honestly afraid of even the x-rays and a simple cleaning. I was anxious and emotional, but the team was so patient, kind, and caring. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and managed to get through the x-rays and a full deep cleaning of my lower teeth without any pain.
