When I walk in the door there is always a warm welcome wether I have one of my great danes or a chicken. I know they want to do the best for my pet and me, and they do. They have rhe knowledge, the patience and ability to communicate so I can understand the situation. I
Dr. Garcia is amazing but the staff at Cooper city animal hospital is unprofessional and un caring and I’ve been a client there for 10 months. Every time I call to make an appointment there’s a problem every time one of my animals has an emergency they don’t wanna help I have spent over $2000 on an issue for them just to tell me that I need to go see another vet and there’s nothing they can do to help me.
