I contacted the office in Woodbury, NJ to ask for an antibiotic. I've been seeing the same provider for 17 years! My request was denied! I haven't seen her for 12 months due to personal issues ( I won't elaborate on this forum). I'm a registered nurse (31 years) this is outrageous! You would have thought that I was asking for heroine ( not sure if I spelled herion right). Went here for a really bad respiratory infection 6/4. Workers were friendly but I made an appointment to see a doctor and was given a student nurse. They did not ask me if this was okay. They did strep tests and just told me to take over the counter meds and sent me on my way. I’ve lost my voice now twice and can not get rid of this cough. I have an appointment now with another doctor because I can’t trust these people to actually care enough to provide medication for someone who is sick.
One of the best primary offices I have ever been to. Staff is friendly and super sweet. Doctors listen are very empathetic.
I go here for my PCP and any time I try to call I’m on hold for over 15 minutes and have to call multiple times. Then to add, I know for a fact my appointment was made for 5pm as it’s when my appointment always are since I’m off of work by then (and because I put it on my calendar while I was standing at the desk) but then someone made a mistake I guess and made it for the morning.
