VERY LONG wait times with little communication. Be prepared to wait over 1 hour for your appointment after the scheduled time.
Tried to establish care as a new patient just for a quick physical and blood work check. Had a 4pm appointment arrived 10 minutes early filled out paperwork and sat down. After this I was notified Dr. Cavallaro is running 1-1.5 hours behind. After this they switched me to see an NP instead of waiting the additional time they took me back. 4pm-445pm no one came in the room to see me. Prompt,courtious and on time doctor visits. Every visit in the past two years has been on time.Ive never waited past my scheduled appointment time. Staff is a pleasure. Brianna Bellanger my APN, always takes the time to make certain i'm well cared for and shes up to date on my health.Its a nice feeling to be treated as the most important patient she has.
