I am so disappointed in Cooper University Health Care System. I just spent hours, trying to schedule a pre-op cardiology appoinment. The people answering the phones, don't care. You are on hold forever; and, then you are put on hold again, deliberately, and, the so called schedular doesn't come back. I am done with this. Hire better people; and/or, give them better training. This is no way to treat people, needing assistance to schedule a simple appointment.
Got the best care from all the doctors that I came in contact with. The office staff is fantastic. If you treat people with respect you get respect. For those of you that gave a bad survey. And complained about how you were treated. How did you treat them???. If you want respect try giving it.!!!
Absolutely terrible. Can't even speak to a live person over the phone.
