Due to traffic, I was Running 10 minutes late. When I arrived, Anyah calmed me down and assured me that I would be seen. Once finished with signing in, I sat in waiting room listening to Anyah treat everyone with such care and professionalism. Thank you, Anyah. Shout -out to my technician, Allison too. She explained the process and was sweet and personable.
I had to deal with a scary situation of them finding a mass in one of my breasts and the radiologists and techs were AMAZING dealing with me crying on the table. They talked me through everything and had me laughing by the end of the visit. Thankfully everything was fine.
Cooper. Breast imaging Center in Voorhees receives the best rating for patient registration, the assistant to Dr Ives in Radiology, the Mammography Technician, and Dr Ives. Dr Ives explained the entire procedure and was very caring. The entire experience from entering the facility to leaving was 👍.
