The scheduling process is unbelievably difficult. First, I received a return call from a Shayla who was more concerned about codes. Gavin I spoke to twice who wouldn't proceed with scheduling me due to what's located on my prescription shift from a New York City doctor. This place is more concerned about getting paid from your insurance than the individual. I share the same sentiments of the person who wrote a review 2 years ago. Skip this location.
Do NOT come here, no matter how convenient it is for you. They are terrible. Condescending. Won’t return calls. I have never written a review like this but cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this location.
Excellent place to have a mammogram. My doctor isn’t even at Cooper but I only go here. Highly recommend!
