I have been a patient at the Voorhees location for quite some time and I am disgusted. Last time I saw my rheumatologist, she was careless with my labs. I told her my tests came back normal and she continued to argue with me that it wasn’t. She was ready to rush me to the nephrology department because she was reading my labs from 2020 when I was hospitalized with covid pneumonia! It was 2024! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the front desk staff at this doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in and the doors opened you can hear uncontrollable laughter, upon approaching the ladies were too busy playing around and laughing with each other to focus on their work. Instead of assisting patients, they were gossiping and goofing off and on their phones while the rest of us waited.
